Ear Plugs

For Fibros to get enough deep, restorative sleep, we need to block out

all light and all sound - at our heads.

The type of Ear Plugs that seem to work best for us are usually available at drug stores.

They are soft, block out most sound, are reusable and are not very expensive.

They are very soft urethane, and are sold "corded" or "uncorded".

Some prefer ear plugs to be on a long, thin plastic string but I like the uncorded ones.

Plugs are also available online in any quantities.

What would life be if we had no courage to attempt anything?
